Hampton Inn by Hilton at the Falls Has Spirit
We’d like to take a moment to recognize a member of our staff who has just been awarded a prestigious Corporate Award!
Staff members at The Hampton Inn by Hilton at the Falls are celebrating the latest Hampton Corporate “Spirit Award” Winner. Guest Service Agent Kris McKay was awarded the prestigious corporate award on Friday which recognizes excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction. Ms. Mckay is the second member of staff to be honoured following in Front Desk Supervisor Courtney McCrae’s footsteps in 2009.
The Hampton Inn Spirit Award is the highest honour that can be bestowed on a member of staff and is awarded by the Hampton Group of Hotels quarterly. Winners of the award demonstrate their dedication by going above and beyond to ensure each guest receives the first rate service and attention that have become the hallmarks of the Hampton Inn brand.
Ms. McKay was nominated for the Award by General Manager Nancy Wales whom noted one particular instance that demonstrates her concern for guests. It was thanks to McKay’s quick thinking and actions that prevented what could have been a dire situation when a young girl was approached by a man not known to her in the lobby.
McKay has been presented with a plaque, certificate, a copy of the nomination letter, also a congratulatory letter signed by Phil Cordell, the President of the Hampton Brand, a bursary and a Spirit of Hampton Lapel Pin.
The AAA/CAA 3 Diamond rated Hampton Inn by Hilton at the Falls is located one block from the Falls on the 20 acre Falls Avenue Resort.
